Choose exactly the pages your recipient needs
A long PDF often contains more information than the next person needs. Extracting pages lets you send a receipt from a monthly bundle, an appendix from a report or a few supporting pages for an application. The output is one PDF containing only your selected pages.
Enter original page numbers separated by commas, or use ascending ranges such as 1,3-5. That example exports page 1 followed by pages 3, 4 and 5. Leave the field empty to include every page. Repeated page numbers are included once.
Extract pages or split PDF?
Extraction produces one PDF. Splitting produces several PDF files packaged in a ZIP. Choose extraction for a single attachment; choose splitting when each section belongs in a separate folder or needs a separate recipient.
Browser processing and download limits
This tool processes a PDF in your browser, with a 20 MB input limit and a maximum of 500 pages. Split PDF creates at most 100 output files. The processing runs in a background worker so the page can remain responsive, and it preserves PDF page content without rendering every page into an image.
If your document is protected, the tool asks for its current password before editing. It unlocks the PDF on the server once and reuses the browser copy for further edits for up to one hour. Changing files or reopening the page starts a new session. Results are unprotected; use PDF password afterward if you want to protect them. Click Prepare download, then tap Save result. On iPhone, if the PDF opens in a preview, choose Share and Save to Files. Keep the original and check the new file before sharing.
